Polos+ is a division of All Volleyball, Inc. (“All Volleyball,” “Polos+,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). All sales, orders, and services provided through this website are legally between you and All Volleyball, Inc.
By accessing or using this website and related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use the Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Orders and Cancellations
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, be eligible for a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Products, Pricing, and Billing
We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device.
Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ from other stores. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless specified.
You agree to provide valid and current payment information. By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you will pay all charges, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once products are handed to the carrier.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by All Volleyball, Inc., Polos+, our affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Polos+ and All Volleyball trademarks may not be used without permission.
6. User Content and Feedback
If you submit reviews, feedback, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for any purpose.
You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
We may remove content at our discretion if unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- To infringe intellectual property rights.
- To transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
- To harass, abuse, impersonate, or otherwise harm others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. Shopify Hosting
Polos+ is powered by Shopify. While Shopify provides the platform, all purchases and transactions are between you and All Volleyball, Inc. Shopify is not responsible for your orders, and by using the Services you release Shopify from liability related to your purchases.
10. Privacy
All personal information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and certain service providers may also process your information to operate and improve the Services.
11. Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, even after submission.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice. Provisions regarding intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Volleyball, Inc., Polos+, Shopify, and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or savings) arising out of your use of the Services or products purchased.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Volleyball, Inc., Polos+, Shopify, and our affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, U.S.A. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
